Samsung Galaxy S8: How to Change Navigation Bar Background Color in Android 7.0 Nougat

In Samsung Galaxy S8, all navigation keys are soft keys. The best part of it is the navigation bar where those soft keys are placed in can now be customised to suit your need. One of which is you can change its background color to another provided color in case you're bored with the current one, want to have a brighter or darker navigation bar for easier access, etc.

How to change the background color of the navigation bar?
You can do so by using the following steps:
  1. On any screen, swipe down the top of the screen to open up the notification panel and then tap to go to the settings menu.
  2. Tap Display.
  3. Scroll down the screen to find Navigation bar and then tap it.
  4. Tap the required color you want to use for the background of the navigation bar.
  5. Now, the background color of the navigation bar will be the color you set it. However, you have to remember that the navigation bar will keep using the default background color when you're in home screen, apps screen, and in some other apps.
